Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Grumble and Growl purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@grumbleandgrowl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
